Management is incompetent. Neighbors are inconsiderate. I cant wait to move once this lease is up. The office hours listed are not the office hours people are actually working. When you call they let the phone go to voicemail but I've called and been right out side and people are in the office! One of the maintenance guys I've encountered is having a not so secret affairs with people in certain apartments. The foundation of these buildings are awful. This entire experience has been less than desirable but its motivated me to buy. I no longer can rent and be forced to rely on unreliable management. I'd give NO stars if it were an option and we would have left after our first year had it not been for the pandemic. These people are trash.

This complex is a decent place to live; there's a playground for kids, a decent size gym for workout, a laundry room, a small volley ball court, and a swimming pool. Washer and dryer added to some apartments.Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for. It's not the upscale apartments we all would like to have.

I have been living here almost a year now and I love it!! The girls in the office are great. Everyone is very friendly. I have not had any problems at all.

Office is never open during the hours they are supposed to be open. Buildings are extremely old so there is always something going wrong with them. Maintenance guys are nice but since they buildings are old, they can’t follow up like they should with maintenance issues. Quick and temporary fixes. BUGS!!! Lots of BUGS! Centipedes, spiders, black bugs, roaches, drain flies, etc....... ladies in the office are nice until you have a problem. Let’s not talk about the noise and traffic. No CAMERAS! so if something happens to your car or something gets stolen or your apartment gets broken into, there are no cameras.

They are nasty apartments and there is a lady at the front who is rude and don’t deliver complaints to maintenance.I could go on and on.They leave you with broken stoves with only 2 burners working.Leaking sinks,refrigerator that don’t get cold. All the building need to be bombed and they need new office workers.
