If I could give a lower score I would. I have never had a hotel make me feel so unwelcome as this one did. I travel with my fiancé when he goes up there for his business, and I stay at the hotel while he works. We stay there twice a week almost every week and had spoke to the manager (Sarah) about how we needed a late checkout when we leave (checkout is at noon, we always leave by 1pm). She said that was absolutely fine, then the very rude and unprofessional office manager (Lisa) was very rude to us about it and she had a problem with that arrangement. The staff made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. They were very rude and short with us, even with our frequent visits. We have now changed our hotel to the Comfort Inn locates right beside of them and we couldn’t be happier!!! If you have a choice, go to the Comfort Inn instead. You will be treated 100% better and still have an extremely clean, wonderful hotel, and amenities for a much better nightly price!!!

Amazing, wondeful and caring staff. Very clean! Love the breakfast and food! Can't wait to stay there again. My favorite spot: the fireplace!
The place is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The conference room was the perfect size and location within the building.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Stayed in room on second floor. It was located above an outdoor sitting area, one evening young adults being very loud out there late at night. Could easily here guests in next room talking and someone snoring at night. Pool is supposed to be 86 degrees, it definitely wasn't that warm, it was on the cold side and despite complaints from guests, the temperature wasn't increased.
Very nice, clean, good breakfast. Could use a grab bar in the shower (to hold and hang a wash cloth. Also needs a illuminated sign at the main road to know where to turn.
We loved the rooms. The entire place was very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. We enjoyed the continental breakfast both mornings we were there. They offer both hot and cold foods. We were able to spend one evening in the hot tub/pool area. Which we enjoyed. We liked the fact that the pool hours are longer than most places. This gives more opportunity to get to use them.
I was looking forward to traveling to this Country Inn and Suites this weekend with family, but instead I needed to cancel. I was stunned to find out I could not get a refund because I booked my room online. I hope you will reconsider so that I can change my review to 5 stars! (Update) Thank you for your prompt response. I would suggest you HIGHLIGHT that booking online is nonrefundable. Currently it's in the "fine print." This is definitely a case of "buyer beware."
