CrossFit at EverProven CrossFit is different than CrossFit gyms. It's done the way it should be, safely, energetically, and with a high level of care and direction from the staff and trainers. Whether you've never been in the gym before, or your looking for your next challenge, this gym is for you. I know CrossFit, I am a gym owner myself, and not all gyms are created equal. But this is one that you can go to and be in the hands of knowledgable, caring and trustworthy trainers and community.
