Save yourself from this place. Purchased brand new class A last year. It was delayed multiple times and came with a bunch of defects from factory. I was pretty clear that we're going on a big trip and needed it fixed ASAP. They couldn't fix most of the stuff because of parts supply issue and some for some basics like tile replacement they needed permission from the manufacturer which took few MONTHS to get. Couldn't finish all we need before our first big trip started October 2020. Service advisor called us in December to notify that parts arrived and we're good to come without appointment so they can finish all they started 5 months ago. RV is falling apart because of some fixes needed to be done long time ago and they were discovered DAY 1 of us having that rig. Just came back to Florida. Called service advisor and well, she's no longer there. New guy saying that they can see us on March 31st, a month from now. No matter what. We will be in NY by this time. I won't leave it alone like that. Sold me a lemon and not taking care of it. Not holding up to their promises. Oh and the new guy said \I'm not familiar with your project\ so I'm guessing they not even keeping any records, right Shawn?

This RV dealership has treated us like valued customers. It began with our salesperson Roxie who has been in the RV business a long time. She is friendly and professional. No high pressure tactics here. The finance managers and staff are all first class. It is a big difference from the car dealership feel you get from LD and CW down the road on I-4. We are very pleased and purchased a new RV. I will be posting a follow up after delivery.
Alicia Anderson was our sales associate ans we could not be any happier with the top notch service she gave us. She was knowledgeable, patient and explained more than enough so that two brand new RV owner's were able to make a sound decision om on first one. We will definitely keep our business there. Chris, in finance, was also a pleasure to work with. Alicia and Chris are the dynamic duo at this dealership and they made a large, potentially stressful, purchase go better than we could have ever expected.
Went in on Friday looking for a small teardrop or similar camper. Salesman showed us everything in the size we want. Agreed on a unit went in to do the paperwork and get everything done. Met with finance and insurance departments and was told that should there be any problems we would get a phone call otherwise we would pick the unit up on Monday at 4. Arrived Monday at 4 and the delivery department knows nothing about it, the salesman and finance guy come over and say pay stubs are needed and they forgot to call. Apparently my time, my wife's time, our gas is not a concern. Go home and email the paystubs. Tuesday I call to make sure they were received, no response. 4 phone calls and messages left to finally get a call back Wednesday at 6:30 pm. The lack of respect for my wife and I, our time is inexcusable. I plan on rescinding the sale and will not use this company again.
I recently went through the process of searching for and RV. I went to four different RV spots, but found the travel trailer I liked here. After limited replies with a local sales person, I contacted Internet Sales. This was an awesome experience! Kendall was my sales person over the phone. She helped by answering all questions promptly, finding an available unit to have transferred locally, and coordinated well with the finance department. Not to mention, the price point was below what I was expecting! No haggling, straight to the bottom line. The entire experience was fluid and easy!
