I can not stress enough how wonderful the ladies here are. The instructors and the other classmates are so helpful. It was intimidating at first but after just 2 classes I felt so welcome.

Gigi is a very special lady, she always push you to do better and her gym is awesome with good environment and people who don't judge you for who you are go visit and become the fierce women you have always wanted to be. Is a 5 stars from me. Rosy.
