I've been using this company for over a year now, and have had continued issues with them. Sometimes they only service half of my property other times they do not come on their scheduled day. I have dogs so they have to be put up for the back yard to be serviced. I never receive a phone call to let me know the day is changing so I can accommodate with my animals (my yard just doesnt get serviced). Randomly they changed billing to my husband's email without consulting us to receive invoicing. Anytime you call the company a message is taken by what seems like a call center. You're never able to directly speak to anyone and it's very frustrating. The service itself is pretty decent. Sometimes the guys dont pick up yard waste, but generally do a good job.
