When we put my mother in law in there we were under the assumption its assisted living. However she has fallen twice and they refuse to help her instead they called my husband which the first time he didnt get message for a couple of hours.they left her there till we called ambulance. Very dissatisfied w the caretaking aspect! 2nd time we went there and she still on floor. I wouldn't recommend this place.

My mother moved here 5 years ago. At the time, the dining room served delicious restaurant quality food and there were many choices for food and drinks, plus lots of extras. the managers lived on site. Maids cleaned the rooms once a week. My mom loved it. NOW the meals are 1/4 of the size, and there are no alternatives . They have cut out serving orange slices, cranberry or tomato juice. Many times the tiny servings are tough and inedible. I call it prison food. “Cleaning” is done once a month, with overworked employees saying you don’t need your carpet vacuumed. Even the toilet paper that is provided which once was normal, is now less than paper thin. Prison paper, I say. Stay away from this place!!!!!!! We are looking at alternatives and my mom will be leaving ASAP.
Great employees and residents
Lots of social act tivities available, transportation available around town as necessary also. Add lunch with an older friend who lives here and it was very yummy!
Been hearing about cold meals during this pandemic ( residents locked in their rooms for safety and not getting quality service anymore
