I bought my wedding band here for my August 2020 wedding. 5 months later it cracked and I brought it in to be fixed, when I asked the woman why it might have happened she offered little explanation. She said they would fix the ring for free which was nice, but if it happened again I should get it reshanked. When I picked up my ring today the shank was WAY thinner, when I stated this I was brushed off. Now I will definitely need to have my ring reshanked but I will bring my business elsewhere.. this felt very shady, I am very disappointed.

I walked into Market Square Jewelers without an appointment on a Tuesday morning to sell some inherited jewelry. I was nervous about feeling “scammed” or not getting my money’s worth, but Delia helped me through the entire process. She explained how everything worked when testing and weighing the jewelry. The process was emotionally harder than I had anticipated. Delia was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. She was very thorough and I was satisfied with the outcome overall. I would highly recommend Market Square Jewelers. Although, I didn’t purchase and jewelry, they did have a variety of beautiful pieces. Thank you so much, Delia and Market Square Jewelers!
i like the feel of this place. when i was there, they had little bins with things that you could buy. i got a bunch of little cameos. they have a lot of lovely jewelry in there and friendly staff as well.
Went in to get an estimated price on a piece of jewelry I inherited after my grandmothers passing. I had been holding off in doing so but had no other choice due to recent medical expenses. Going in I felt very vulnerable and with no bacround knowledge on jewelry sales I really didn’t know what to expect. I felt very disregarded, yes the price the man behind the counter gave me was not what I expected and that was fine but felt like all the questions I was asking were stupid ones. I just felt disrespected and actually left crying. I had more questions but didn’t bother asking because all the responses I got were very short and it seemed like I was being a bother.
Went in looking for wedding bands and to have my vintage engagement ring fixed. Outstanding service. I was thoroughly impressed by Brandon's (?) knowledge and help. He wasn't pushy at all - just helpful and worked with us until we found the pieces that were just us! As a designer, I loved the selection of interesting vintage pieces. Will definitely be back! Thank you!
