Welp.. the sales team was great. The sales manager was horrible. There was a undisclosed accident which I received a discount for, but there were other issues such as a door panel that needs replaced, power seat that needs replaced and an unbalanced rim, which he took exception with. He was so fired up over balancing a tire I could hear him across the show room. It was kind of embarrassing. I paid to have the rim balanced so the truck would be safe. Again, sales team was amazing. I've bought a lot of cars and never heard a manager yelling about a discount like this guy did.
I've bought 2 cars from here and have had my newest truck here for service it still has an issue but I needed my truck and they got my truck ready and out the door I just wish we could get the check engine light to go away
Awesome and friendly sale persons! This is part of the parkway superstore. The Ford salesman sold me a Dodge ram after I test drove a Ford F150 and didn't like the Ford.
