Stephanie Louis was our sales rep at RV One Tampa. This was our first RV acquisition after a life time of live aboard boating and Stephanie guided us through the purchase process in a professional and well-experienced manner. Stephanie was in direct contract with us after first seeing a multitude of choices after the Tampa RV show, made many appropriate recommendations, and finally we settled in on our first Class C Jayco 27U. Stephanie guided us through the purchase process, kept us abreast of the manufacturing process, contacted us upon arrival at RV One and then walked us through the acceptance inspection and finally a few days later, through delivery. Stephanie was extremely professional and we never felt pressured with anything concerning our purchase. In fact, after delivery Stephanie helped coordinate a minor repair discovered after we accepted the unit and brought it home. A true professional and very pleasant person with a multiple of knowledge in the RV field, we are extremely happy Stephanie was there to guide us through this acquisition.

In our recent purchase our sales person Jason Benade was very attentive to our needs in a new camper. Jason did a great job from start to finish making sure that everything went according to plans. He even came in on his day off to make sure our demo was done to our satisfaction. Gloria and I would recommend Jason to anyone who is interested in buying a camper.
We had been looking for an upgrade for our RV. Living in an area where there are many options to buy we migrated to RV One. The sales tem was respectful and have us the freedom to investigate all options. Once we narrowed in the sales staff was well informed and made the deal easy.
Jeremy there is amazing. One of the best sales people I have ever worked with anywhere for any purchase. His professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, genuineness and follow up are impeccable. Add in that he was able to deliver on an amazing camper and we could not be happier. The whole team there, including Anthony in finance, are first class.
