I don't live there but a friend of mine does. And according to him it is a great place to live. The management company is quick to address any issues and maintenance respond in a timely fashion also. It is very scenic being an Old Mill right on the river.

People come here and stay for a long time. The management is pleasant and helpful. Quiet place to live in Dover.

Spacious, cool in summer and warm in winter. Beautiful apartments windows are gaint and nice to sit next to or in. Laundry in the building is cheaper then most laundry mats. Cat friendly and very easy to get along with other occupants.
