If I could give this dentist office a 0, I would. First, my husband needed his wisdom teeth out and Dr. Taylor referred us to a doctor only for that doctor to tell us that we were going to have to wait 2 months to get in while my husband was in severe pain. I totally get being booked up but when we told Dr. Taylor’s office how we wanted to get it done sooner by Dr. Dietrich in Canton since he could get us in next week, (he’s PHENOMENAL by the way and we totally recommend him!!) Dr. Taylor refused to email my husband’s x-rays to him and said that we had to come pick them up ourselves and drive them up if we wanted to go to someone else than the one doctor he referred, even though it would take 2 seconds for them to send them over. At this point we were frustrated, but then when we went up to drop them off at Dr. Dietrich’s, they said that the x-rays weren’t even done right.... By this point, we were furious. My husband had a great surgery and recovery from Dr. Dietrich’s office, though. We decided to give Dr. Taylor’s office another chance by going in a few weeks later because one of my husband’s other teeth had chipped - no sensitivity or pain, just a chipped tooth that we wanted a repair on. We are now 4 office visits in and his teeth have only worsened to the point where he can no longer chew on that side of his mouth. Now we are DONE. Please save your time, money, energy and sanity and go elsewhere.
