This used to be a nice place. Poor management, even though it's changed numerous times, continues to run it more poorly than the previous batch of managers. A lot of good aides left, including myself, because care of the residents is not a priority. I loved my job there, but refuse to work for a place that will not listen to the caregivers. Corporate was just as bad. Too many aides working in the enhanced care\\dementia unit that had no compassion for residents or were even willing to take time to learn how to work properly with these type of residents. Food rarely prepared properly a lot of times for those needing special diets (especially those needing pureed or mechanical soft diets) Rooms were smelling horrible because they cut housekeeping in the dementia unit, leaving all cleaning to the aides, which were already working short staffed on a number of occasions. I worked there 6 years and these issues were on-goung for a long time. My heart is heavy for any resident still residing there.

Thanks so much for taking good care of my grandfather. He really likes the food and never leaves the table hungry. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great activities available for the patients to attend in the assisted living. A beautiful facility that has a lot to offer.

When I visited the facility I felt the amenities were top notch. They have a beauty shop, theater room, laundry service, Ice cream parlor, dining room and all the amenities you could want for a loving family member. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The rooms are nice sized and very clean. They have activities that keep the residents engaged in and active. They have a very nice courtyard for the residents to get outside as weather permits. The residents have a very comfortable lifestyle with all their new friends their own age around them. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a home for their family member.

A little sweet lady in memory care has been there for five days and not a single one of these so called care givers even cared that she hadn't been changed or bathed I'm sorry but I think both the family and staff should have negligent charges filed

As a past resident, I would NOT recommend this facility! There are NO activities for able-bodied and able-minded people, the staff is not friendly and though the breakfasts are very good, other meals lack taste and nutrition. Although it may look good one the outside, the interior management and organization needs attention.
