Very friendly, and professional. It was my first time dealing with any auto issues, so the fact that they had such a positive attitude was very reassuring. Their work is high quality, and fast, I was only there 35 minutes to an hour at most. I highly recommend them!!!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.....These people really go to the extreme to help you get you into a vehicle that is what YOU want. To say my credit was less than perfect is quite the understatement I was on the low side of poor for my credit score and I was laughed out of other dealerships I had inquired about a vehicle at Thornton automotive and I had been texting with Desiree their super customer service ambassador. She told me to stop by that they could do more for me than anybody else and they did. Kelly Raber and Sales manager Chuck really went to bat for me and they were able to not only get me financed but I was able to drive away with an extremely loaded SUV. They actually treated me like I was the most important customer they ever had. Five stars it's not near enough for this company as far as I'm concerned they have a customer for life.

They were great. My inspection and emissions went smoothly. My only complaint is that no one wore masks. That's of great concern if the mechanic was in my can unmasked. That's a safety risk to me and whoever would be riding with me and a safety risk to him.

I was very pleased with my experience. I have only taken my car for oil changes and was a bit apprehensive about a major repair. I have to say that everything was done fast and professionally with no problems. They diagnosed the problem quickly and the repair was done as scheduled and done by 10:00 AM that day.

Was in a car accident and dropped it off. Next day parts were ordered and in the paint booth. Fast and very clean work. Car looks much better with the fresh paint. Highly recommend!
