After many years of having flawless heat in our house, our heater started having problems last winter. Each time we called Dowd they were fast to respond and fix our problems. Just a few days ago our heater completely died. Within 24 hours (it died on a Sunday), someone was at the house to check it out, we had a quote, and they are currently in the middle of replacing our unit. All of their staff are extremely nice and helpful. Their work is amazing and quick. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing services you might need.
