The new store now includes a 105-seat recital hall with a Hamburg Steinway Model C Grand Piano along with two teaching studios and the most complete sheet music and musical gift selection in the region. Dowling Music is co-owned by concert pianist Richard Dowling and James C. Li, a former Wall Street investment banker.

The owner is quite unfriendly. He is easy to become mad , even I spoke to him in a friendly and kindly way. The store told me copy of recital music DVD would be ready in one week. but It is not until 18 days later. I requested a copy of another music DVD. The store didn't make the copy for me, though it had made copies for others to pick up. A terrible store.
