Ghetto gym is a great place to train if you like grass roots, functional training. It has a real community feel to it. The gym is used by boxers, martial artists, athletes, everyday people, models, entrepreneurs - the list goes on. Of course the star of the show is Angel the owner who seems to know half of Zurich. But he also has a great team of trainers working with him to increase the class offerings. One of my personal faves is Ghetto Box (box training and some padwork at the end if you like, but without the contact). No machines here other than the Power Plate - instead you will find free weights, kettlebells, Bulgarian bag, punch bags, boxes and other functional apparatus.
