I was not that thrilled with the protocols instilled for customers this year. But on the other hand, I certainly understand that keeping people in the office to a minimum is optimum and is the best course of action. But things went slowly with the dropping off my paperwork, coming back in to check it, back in when it was done. All toll. It took three days instead of 2 hours. If COVID is still an issue this time next year I may go crazy. But I also may just go ahead and do my own taxes and save the fees.
