My daughter attends Ascendance Gymnastics here. She absolutely loves it Classes for all ages and abilities.
Ascendance has changed my life dramatically, in ways I never would have predicted. Effectively, I am getting close to personal training daily, combined with a team ethos that really helps to motivate. Crossfit has become an addiction, thanks to Neil and his team. I would recommend it to literally anyone, at any level of fitness. Also, it is fun!
Brilliant club! The instructors are fantastic, my daughter loves it.
