Downpatrick Bus Station

Have found staff and bus drivers alike to be quite rude from this station. Was in charging phone because it was dead and I needed to contact someone (after just getting off one of their buses) and had a member of staff come over and just unplug my phone from wall because they don't share their electricity. Found it very abrupt in way I was told, and should likely have signs over the multiple outlets if this is the case. Have also had drivers that do runs from this station pass me a number of times, even after calling customer service regarding what stop to wait at. Not good in-person customer service at all.
