I had a very great car buying experience here the staff was very friendly I call 2 days ahead to put a reserve deposit on a car to make sure it would be there for me to test drive not only was it there but they had that pulled up plus other cars I was intrested in and all the keys pulled ready for test drives I did not have to wait long like most other dealerships The staff is great fast and courteous they are all very professional the parts department is very easy to work with. Everybody there had preformed their job flawlessly and made my car by experience very pleasurable I would recommend them to anybody

They are always helpful. They explain everything that needs to be done, always ask before doing any work. They will leave recommendations for things that need to be addressed on the next visit so you aren't blindsided when you come in the next time. They don't try and take advantage of you. I will definitely look to them the next time I am looking to buy another vehicle just because of the service area.

One of the most pleasurable experiences buying a vehicle I've bought many vehicles in my lifetime and going in you know you have to be prepared to play \The Game\ I planned on visiting 4 dealerships to buy a used Expedition. Downs was the first one I went to and they made me such a good deal without playing any games I didn't feel the need to go to the other dealers. They even gave me a fair trade in on my 2007 Expedition with 275,000 miles on it. I would highly recommend Downs Ford and will be back for my next vehicle purchase.
