We found Downtown Development Group and had a great experience. In fact, it went beyond our expectations. Six months ago, they helped us understand the market and buy exactly the property we were looking for. Wow! The lady I talked to \Darla\ was completely incompetent. Couldn't answer any of my questions. I felt like she was brushing me off just trying to get me off the phone. I wouldn't recommend this company.
