I was in the other day with my 2007 Chevy Uplander Van. It has been discontinued so parts are sometimes hard to find. The trim had come loose on the driver's door to the point that when you opened the door the upholstery would catch and you, the driver could not physically open the door from the inside, having to crawl to the passenger door and the get out and open the driver's door from the outside, without damaging the trim. Very unsafe if in an accident. During a busy day, and I being a new customer, They completely disassembled the door piece and rebuilt it, and said not to worry about it, no charge. That will be my next place to get paint work done. Great guy too.
