I love this clinic, the team and Dr McNally. He has been my GP for 7yrs now and I feel so grateful to have found such an incredible doctor. Always kind, caring and patient, he listens and truly makes you feel like he sincerely cares. To feel safe and be in inclusive spaces is important. I always feel supported there and recommend Dr. McNally and this clinic to anyone in need.

Short wait times. Dr. McNally is patient and thorough. I never feel rushed and can talk about any issues freely. Unlike other offices where I have been told to book another appointment if I have more than two concerns! Highly recommended.
I have cancer and impaired immune system. Love that i can get a same day appointment when I know i need an antibiotic or another prescription. My previous doctor took weeks for an appointment so I would end up at the walk in. My health is not best managed by a walk in so they told me about downtown doctors taking new patients. I applied immediately and I have been well taken care of since.
My GP is Dr. Bedrossian. She is a great doctor and replies whenever I try to reach her with any health issue. The only problem is the wait times in the phone reception. But it's understandable with the number of patients they deal with. It's not a problem for me. The service is great, they do proper followups and have experienced specialist referrals.
