Technician quickly diagnosed and REPAIRED my over the range microwave with tools! Standard service call rate(I checked around) with half hour labor. I am very PLEASED. The tech was wearing a clean company shirt, wore a mask, and courteous.

I have used this company 5 or 6 times in the last few years for my primary residence and for rental properties. They have come out for simple fixes (A/C unit not cooling properly) to major repairs (replacing my entire A/C/ unit and heat pump). As the other reviews say, these guys really are the best. Their level of service and friendliness is above and beyond what I expected. They immediately make you feel comfortable and there's never any high-pressure sales tactics. Their prices are in-line (perhaps on the lower end) with other companies and the peace of mind I get from using these guys is priceless. This is 100% my go-to heating and A/C company for all jobs, big and small.

Doyle and his long time employee replaced our LG refrigerator door that had been damaged by a prior contractor in our home. Of course it was the left hand door with the built in ice maker, water dispenser and other electronics so it was not an easy job. The open door surgery went well and our refrigerator finally functions properly again. Thanks for taking on our challenging repair. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and the ease of communication.

Back in December our dishwasher door broke and would just fall open. Doyle Patton Service fixed the door, but then something inside the dishwasher started clunking and making loud noises when run. They came back out and had to order another part. By February this was still not fixed and we scheduled them to come out one morning to do so. At the last minute they said they would come in the afternoon instead of the morning, but we had already arranged with work to be at home in the morning and could not be home in the afternoon. So, once again we had to reschedule. Today they called to confirm they would be here at 2pm and did not arrive until 3:20pm. He called us into the kitchen to tell us that the dishwasher was just going to be noisy now and when I said it was clunky and loud, instead of just a vibration as he was trying to say, he just picked up his stuff and walked out of my house. A conversation was not had. No discussion of the causes or options to get rid of the clunking sound was had. He just left. The lack of professionalism is something I have not experienced with any of the companies I've used over my lifetime of owning three homes.

Our company microwave quit working. Since it's a built in, over the counter with an exhaust fan for the cooktop it wasn't as simple as buying a new one. So I started doing web searches and making phone calls. Nobody was interested in coming to look at an inexpensive item like this, but finally one person I called told me to try Doyle Patton. They were friendly and just as promised, their tech arrived the next day. He got the problem fixed quickly, and the price was very fair. I put them in our vendor list and we'll definitely use them again when we have a need.

Awesome service! I have been using American Home Shield for almost 5 years now and I never have good luck with AC companies coming out to fix issues. No kidding it usually takes weeks to get the problems fixed. Our AC went out 07/10/2018 at 730pm and I put the call in and at 8:39AM on 07/11/2018 Doyle Patton Service employee Keith called me to say he was on his way. Keith arrived at 9:26 AM and figured out the problem very quickly, replaced the part and was done within an hour. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed at the service. Thank you Keith and Doyle Patton Service. I hope if I have any other issues your company is dispatched to me again. Excellent service
