I had the pleasure to work for this company. Pleasure mainly because of co-workers on the floor. I imagine that before me it was a fantastic family business, people loved to work there. but then some 'operational manager' was hired and spoiled a lot of things. Not everything you can put in excel sheet... I believe that they produce very good quality seals. I am not an expert, I was just a moulder. But stress that management level put onto moulders/quality inspectors made that I left with happiness. Even if I was treated unfair and I could look for my rights, I just wanted to leave this company. People on presses though were amazing. Mostly.
