I was recommended by my regular dentist to use Birmingham Dental Specialists for my implant treatment. I found that he explained everything very thoroughly and totally put me at ease. The treatment process took just over a year as I had to have four teeth removed. I also had a big abcess which left a massive hole that needed filling with bone and tissue implants. I didn’t experience much pain considering how much work was needed to be done. I was very happy with the final results and they look and feel great. I will need implants in the future for my upper teeth and I believe it is well worth the cost. I would recommend to anyone needing any major implant work to use Birmingham Dental Specialists.

I was recommended by my doctor to go to Dr. Patel for my treatment. It was a good experience as always and he is a wonderful dentist. It was a long drawn out treatment for my implants but everyone there made me feel comfortable. Everything went accordingly and there wasn’t a bit of discomfort during the process. I am extremely happy with the final result and the implant was worth every penny. I would and have recommended to anyone looking for any cosmetic dental work to get in touch with BDS as soon as possible. Thanks once again to Dr. Patel for the amazing work.
I was very impressed with Amit Patel and his attention to detail when providing a permanent dental bridge for me.
