Paid upfront for an engineer to come out , who found the fault, was told he would put the report into the office and they would be in touch about a price for the part, that was nearly 4 weeks ago... after several calls to the branch, was told they was extremely busy and someone would be in touch. Still not heard anything. Not happy about the service from the branch , would not recommend at all.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - Very helpful staff. I had an issue with the washing machine. The call out was made at the time specified and the engineer was a real gentleman. He explained everything in detail and made good conversation. He really seemed like he enjoyed his job. I'm very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend again!!! I run a kids football team, and have a lot of kits to wash so it was great to have it all sorted and at a minimum of fuss!! As a really nice gesture, I spoke with Leo from the company and they were very kind in making a donation to our football club! 5* service, recommended with ease!
the service was excellent. the washing machine repair engineer (terrence) was amazing. he was on time polite and fixed my machine quickly. and he was very knowledgeable. i would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to my family and friends.
