Prices are cheaper then competitors so popped in with my Imac to have the internal hard drive replaced. Zaid was 40 mins late even though I made an appointment in advance and left my contact number just in case there were any delays. I was offered free internet whilst I waited though I didn't actually need it. Zaid did under quote me for the job perhaps due to some misunderstanding over the phone. The replacement took about 30 mins. When I looked at my screen I was shocked to see smeared finger prints all over the inside of my screen. I was astounded as this is the very basis to remember for any repair. I asked for the screen to be cleaned which he did do but with a wet towel! On the second inspection there were water marks with dust particles. I again bought this to their attention and was assured this would not be visible. Took a while to get the Imac up and running though the replacement of the HD was fine. When I switched on the computer I immediatley noticed all the smears, dust and there is now a border around my screen as it wasn't correctly replaced. I again phoned up to speak to Zaid and after a lot of back and forth he said I can bring in the computer in which was far too much of a hassel. I did request if he could could do a home visit as I was 10 mins down the road but he refused. I did mention that I would prefer not to leave poor feedback as it seemed like a family fun business but he made it clear that he really didn't care. All in all I'm left with a 1000 Imac with inside smears, dust particals and an annoing border. Shame Zaid chose not to correct his poor work.
