First of all, Julie is great!!!! I initially visited 3 weeks ago with my primary intention being to become more knowledgeable about nutrition for MY body. While I want to lose weight, I want a sustainable way to control my weight. As I age, I seem to attract the pounds and cannot lose them. Julie has been very attentive. She listens. She responds. She coaches and she praises. And her coaching is paying off. I am suddenly “empowered” with knowledge so I know what and what NOT to eat. This is an enjoyable experience.
