Pathetic experience! We had visited hospital to do the ECG and in casualty we came to know that he had brain stroke and they suggested to do the MRI and asked to admitted immediately. After the period of time we observed that there is lack of coordination between Doctor's and RMO. Back office team didn't respond properly. Hospital staff don't have any answer for our queries. Lack of end to end communication. At the time of discharged they skipped to mentioned important injection on discharge card. It shows carelessness and not attentive.
