Excellent service. My son has high functioning autism. Dr Whiting and her staff went out of their way to accomodate his anxiety and sensory needs. The surgery phoned to reschedule our appintment until after lunch to reduce his waiting time. They also gave him sunglasses to avoid the bright light and found his favourite youtube videos at the end of the consultation so that the Doctor could give us more information about her observations. Before the examination started, Dr Whiting took time explaining what each part of the equipment does and demonstrated for him how they work. Lastly, the cherry on the cake was that I had asked the surgery to please send photos of Dr Whiting and of the surgery, just to prepare him as to what to expect. Dr Whiting herself, took the time to make a video introducing herself while addressing my child by name. Dr Whiting also made a second video with a tour of the surgery. I would recommend this practice for any child with sensory and anxiety challenges.

Na n baie lang gesoek vir n tandarts vir my dogtertjie het dr Jacobeth Whiting op ons pad gekom. Sy werk baie goed met mense en veral kinders. Uitsteekende diens. My dogtertjie het uit die spreekkamer uit gehuppel na twee stopsels met geen trane. Sy wil nou elke dag tandarts toe gaan!

Vir iemand wat bang is vir ‘n tandarts het ek vandag die beste behandeling gekry en sal verseker mense verwys na Dr. Jacobeth sy het ‘n nuwe kliënt bygekry en verdien ‘n 5 ️nes haar diens.! Sy is tops.!
