After receiving harassment from Landlord and (and no support from councils environmental health officer) Dufferin Av., Bangor, my health declined very badly, as I have permanent health condition (officially diagnosed in different country). Now I suffer from post traumatic stress disorder as well and went to my previous GP D.Simpson to ask for treatment for it, as well. She told I do not suffer from any health conditions and do not need any treatment (she told condition I suffer was diagnosed in different country and it does not matter in UK). As well I was given a copy of medical record, which belongs to somebody else. I do not understand why I need to read medical records if they do not belong to me, as it is confidential information. I complained to various institutions about treatment I received in that surgery, but then was told to leave after that. and was removed from patients list. Now my health declined so badly, I am not able to work any more. I suspect that kind of behaviour is not legal and unethical and should not be exercised in medical centres.

Awful service , do not have anything automated or cant be bothered sending out mail to confirm your appointment. Numerous times have called the automated prescription line then gone to the pharmacy only to be told they have nothing. When you do eventually get an appointment they are Happy enough for you to sit and wait up to 30 mins but if you are a tad late forget about it. When can we go private in this country and maybe then we will get a professional service like USA and Australia. Awful.

Abbey practice has Excellent service by the doctors and also the admin staff and receptionists very helpful and professional

gets a little monotonous. ordering meds, going to the chemist only to be told they are not there. every month is the same
