Thursday morning, our newbury park office's power was off (construction next door) Once the power was back on, no one was able to log in. I google searched for local computer repair and called 3 different companies that were listed. DrPC were the only ones that we were able to schedule a same day on-site appointment with. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and got right to work diagnosing our issue. Turned out to be something with our server, but the tech solved it quickly and had us up and running in about 45min; he did an excellent job! I feel very good giving this company 5 stars.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time and was able to get our printer working pretty quickly.
