Jessica gives a friendly greeting amidst her many other duties. She is amazing at multitasking and keeps the office running smoothly. She was able to track down my insurance number when others could not locate it since I had a change in status. Dr. Larrabee does a thorough exam. He answers all my questions as well as educates me on my particular condition. I feel assured that I am getting the best eye care possible.

My wife made an appointment for me at this office. During the conversation she specified which insurance company we have. The person she spoke with on the phone assured her that they took our insurance. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that they did not accept our insurance. The person I spoke to in the office said she was the one that took the appointment over the phone and claimed my wife told her that we had a different insurance. I told her that I overheard the conversation and that my wife had specified the correct insurance. They person just responded with , “well, we don’t accept that insurance…” over and over again. Waste of my time.

I used the same optometrist for years. He moved. I thought I had found him at another practice but it was Dr Larrabee. Ohmygollyday!!! I’m so thrilled!! I didn’t know an optometrist could get any better, until I hired Dr Larrabbee!! He explains EVERYTHING!!! I’m 52 and have had a couple issues since forever. I didn’t know why or what to do.... he explained the WHYs and ways to help. PLUS He’s so kind, professional and thorough. His “bedside” manner couldn’t be better. For someone that didn’t get the best of news today, I’m so grateful to have Dr Larrabee on my team of healthcare professionals/providers!! I look forward to many more years under his care!!
