Very nice experience.. Went for a kidney stone treatment and doctor explained the condition very well.. Within one and a half months, I was treated completely and ureteroscopy was avoided. I had gone to Dr. Tyagi for a second opinion after not getting clarity from my first urologist. It was a great decision for many reasons. In terms of knowledge, skill and solutions, he was excellent and has successfully performed my surgery in the least invasive way possible. He also has successful training in a wide variety of surgical methods, which was important for us. But equally important was his attitude and treatment of patients. He is warm, reassuring and was willing to listen to my and my family's concern and try other solutions before opting for surgery. He is available at all times for questions and doubts, even the most minor ones. My children who could not be present also called him separately and he spent lots of time explaining everything to them very patiently. This kind of attitude also helps in recovery because it put my mind to rest and we were able to completely trust him.
