Between creation and destruction he saves lives of kids who would otherwise die n parents suffer. Yes the kid s alive, the parents also choose so amidst the confusion. One has to think 100 times before taking such a decision. The output must be a neurologically sound baby or none.

More like the worst neurologist in Chennai. For someone dealing with kids, he lacks empathy, which is sad. As a doctor, we trust him to help us make the right decision in difficult cases and in my interactions with him both in Kanchi Kamakoti and after his move to Apollo I got nothing from him except had my time and hopes wasted. He is always distracted, never focused on the patient or our case, talks about his past successes, which in all honesty is irrelevant to me and sounds fake and never gives the direction on next steps. Over and above this, he is rude, dismissive and has utter disregard for other’s emotions!! None of his patients that are in need of critical help have seen any progress except for his baseless talks and mind numbing statistics about the database he is building to track such issues in India. Really??? When I bring a kid here for treatment, that’s what I want to hear .. about some database he has been building for years that hasn’t seen the light of the day yet!! Please spare us the horror and try doing something for the money we are paying you and time we are wasting at your doorstep. Such Doctors are a black mark to this noble profession, especially Pediatrics. I really hope no one has to go thru what I went thru with this so called Doctor.

Had mixed experience with him. He doesn't write case history in the system. Every thing is maintained manually in the file. Hence when I come in every time, I had to explain him from the beginning to recollect what prescribed before, etc.. Also when you have case history of 3 yrs, it is difficult to explain every time the medicine I took previously, why I stopped, why I am having current dosage etc.. He at times calm listen and other times, showed his temperament which is very challenging to handle specifically when you have neurological issues and you would expect some compassion from the Dr. He has positive side too and he does not recommend any unnecessary scan or procedure. Overall, he is knowledgeable person but should have computerized system to deal with case history and show little compassion when we ask side effects, or suggesting different medication etc..

Definitely he is one of the best children doctor,I have own experience with my daughter Development delay, really he is a god for my family....we are consulting since 5 years,now my daughter getting normal,I don't have words to say, just he is a God........

He cares only about money!! He behaves well only when paid more at his own clinic. He talks more only about his achievements and some UK experience and charges the patient to hear all about him !!! I have seen him at his worst behavior in Kanchi Kamkoti, throwing files at parents faces. He is hardly interested in finding out the reason ( diagnosis) behind the child's nuero condition and is only interested in trying medications on the child. Stay away if you can, Dr G Kumareson is much like a true doctor who cares for the patient and family.
