My personal experience: I was treated with absolutely no respect or being good enough especially the person handeling the phone!when it comes to my health my SEVERE TINITIS NOT average 20%of people ,its not controllable and debilitating ,so because i cant afford a 9 month retraining course the decided not to send ENOUGH information to my insurance/for hearing devices leading to no treatment..or offering any possible other solutions.
