I just wanted to say a massive thank you and to give credit to your team. Since Karsten has taken over the account he has always been a pleasure to deal with. Information deliverance is always clear. If he doesn’t know something then he explains that, and explains how he will find out - seems simple but so much of the industry does not do that effectively! The rest of the team seem equally as capable and are also a pleasure to deal with. Most companies we work with, we identify members of staff that are good and use those as our primary points of contact. You are the only ones, as Drainfast, where I give no direction on who my staff speak with to get something sorted. Whoever it is left with to quote or order does there job brilliantly.
