You can return what you have bought (except smartwatches / bands and other wearables) without explanation. That's why I love to buy there. If not sure if your buy will meet expectations you can just try it at home and make a decision, without pressure :)

Bought a Galaxy Tab S7 with the matching samsung keyboard and really think they have some improvement to do when it comes to customer service. 1. Received SMS that BOTH products where ready for pick-up even though at purchase they said they don't know when keyboard would be back in stock. 2. Upon pick-up and showing SMS, they inform me keyboard is not delivered and have to wait. POWER would notify me by SMS once one keyboard is in. 3. ONE month after purchase, nothing from POWER. I contact their customer service, still no change and was told shop would contact me by SMS when keyboard arrives. 4. TWO months after purchase, nothing from customer service or the shop. Contact customer service again and they tell med keyboard is in stock and ready for pick-up. Told me I didn't receive SMS because it was already notified in the original SMS. 5. Went to pick-up keyboard in shop. Showed them receipt and original SMS and it took them 1.5 hours to find it. Bottom line, I was supposed to just wait for feedback and would be notified, easy peasy. Turned out they were thinking of just one notification and endless follow-up on their website to check when it's in stock. Can't say I'm very impressed, don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Big and nice electronics shop with a great parking lot. The prices are good and you can click and collect the things you need to buy and they are ready to pick up already after a short time. The staff of the shop is competent and they will always give you and alternative if you can't find what you need :)
