Très bien à partir du moment où vous ne souhaitez pas rendre vos articles. J'ai dû y retourner 2 fois: la première fois "la machine pour le CB ne fonctionne pas". La deuxième fois, sentant etla mauvaise foi, je demande à voir un responsable et elle remarche par magie mais c'est l'état du vêtement qui pose maintenant problème: froissé avec un pauvre poil de chat dessus. Refus de remboursement. Tout bonnement incroyable.
