Our first cleaner with O2 was a disaster. lack of attention to detail, total disregard for the instructions that were clearly stated, even sometimes forgetting to clean an entire room. I communicated these issues to O2 and each time the responded immediately and effectively to my concerns. Unfortunately the cleaner continued to do a substandard job, so I explained to O2 that they needed to find someone else for our home or else we would stop our contract. They called me the next day and listened attentively to my comments. Within a week a new cleaner was found and she is the best. It is like night and day between the old and new cleaner. I therefore give 5 stars for O2's reactivity, their excellent communication with the client, and for not giving up until a permanent solution was found.

Demande de renseignements par internet, déjà appel collaborateur pas passionné du tout, offre de garde d'enfant sans possibilité de connaitre la personne... Messieurs, dames, on garde des enfants... Pas de chiens! Inadmissible!!! Aucune qualité... Nous en tant que parents , on doit soit dison , faire confiance et laisser le plus au cher au monde ,notre enfant , entre les mains de quelqu'un qu'on a pas le droit a connaitre et en plus payer 30 de l'heure hein!!!! HONTEUX!
