Larry is a gem, just need to say that off the top. Answers the phone in a friendly manner and is incredibly personable. Dropped me back off at the hotel where I was staying afterwards too. It's people who like helping people that really make the business, and as someone who teaches customer service, I sure enjoyed working with Larry. Well done Discount!
No discounts here. Changes an extra full day rate for 3 hrs over. Takes forever to get a vehicle rented and out the door. Don’t tell Larry any personal business as he will check up on you to see if you are legit or not as he did to myself. Calls the repair shop to find out if I actually had a vehicle in for repair, and calls another time to ask when it’s expected to be done. If you can rent a vehicle from anywhere else, do so.
Very friendly. Be aware you need to return the vehicle at exactly the same time. Otherwise they charge an extra day.
Larry & Addriana were awesome!!! Picked me up at my job to pick up rental! Super friendly and accommodating!!! Would recommend them anytime!!!
