We cannot say enough good about Westyn and the crew at Rocket. The service we get from them is second to none. They have gone way past \above and beyond\ to ensure we receive the parts they are hauling for us quickly. Always friendly and efficient. They have gone the extra mile for us a few times... and don't really know us. One employee dropping off a parcel after hours on his way home. They are Covid friendly and made adjustments to their front end that add safety for all. Very happy with the service.
Had equipment that needed to be on-site sent to the wrong town despite being clearly marked. Was told that \these things happen\ with no apology. Plenty of their competition to send my business to fortunately.
