I had contracted Dream Spaces to build a screened in porch as a surprise for my wife. She wanted a porch and we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. She had scheduled a month to go back to see her family so Dream Spaces worked around my dates to help with the surprise. They finished a week before she was due to arrive back home. My unusual request was welcomed with open arms, they were professional, meticulous and hard working, just watching the installers they worked like a well oiled machine. Well my wife cried when she came home & saw her gift, she has spent everyday in that room since she’s been back. Thank you Dream Spaces for making my wife’s dream come true!!!

My review of Dream Spaces is pretty simple: do not hire them. We signed a contract 27 months ago for a simple 10x12 porch, a place for our chronically ill daughter to get fresh air away from bugs. Probably one of the simplest jobs ever in their history, and they still have not completed what was contracted to be a few months. The issues started immediately with big delays in getting started. The first crew that came out was competent and hard working. I see that old clients of Dream Spaces have been posting recent reviews and I can agree that old crew was good. I found out later this crew all quit right after they put the roof on my porch. Instead of telling us about their issues we were just left in the dark, we were calling and emailing with no response. After several months they sent out a cobbled together crew that was actually damaging the previous work done by the first crew. Neighbors actually called me to complain about them as they were shouting and swearing. That was the second to last time we saw anyone. We had a porch that was nearly complete so we could at least use it while we called every few weeks to try to get them to finish; no response to any calls. Finally we contacted the parent company Four Seasons and the next day the owner called and to my shock a crew came out the next day! They looked over everything and saw it would take about one day to complete everything. They left to get supplies and never came back. We actually still owed them money so wanted to give them every chance to make good. So I waited a couple more months then I just finished everything myself! Even fixed most of the shoddy work the second crew did and the damage they did. I'm glad I did because I found underlying issues that would have led to water damage, etc. So we are luckier than some in our dealings with this company (see their BBB complaints). They're lucky I'm not billing them for the supplies and time needed to fix the shoddy work and complete the porch.
I was carpenter in my younger days and Dream Spaces is extremely knowledgeable about their products. I entered into a contract with Dream Spaces in September of this year, They handled the HOA and the permits. We are now starting to build, The installers are extremely Knowledgeable also, asked some questions as they were working and were quick with their answers and even went into great detail. My sunroom should be done in 2 weeks, excited to see the finished product. Also thinking about having a pergola built, will contract with Dream Spaces again!!!
This is a late review as we had our sunroom built a couple of years ago. I’m very happy with the end result. The only constructive feedback is they could improve on project management. The roof placement wasn’t correct per our changes from their normal install. However, they offered free flooring to not redo since we had it in writing. Make sure any special request are in writing and be proactive in making sure they happen.
We LOVE our windows and the installer did a great job. He was knowledgeable, and professional. My issue with this company is that promises are made when they are selling you the windows that if a window breaks or a screen is damaged, they are 100% GUARANTEED and will be replaced. The do NOT return your phone call so that means they are not fixing the problem. It has been over 3 weeks and still no return call has been received by me. All I need is my screen replaced that was damaged, the frame is fine, but the screen is not. For quality-5 stars, for customer service minus 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had them build my Sunroom in 2016, I absolutely love it! It is so dreamy and no issues. My home is old and they were able to work with my imperfect structure! I am saving up for another one!
