Cheaper to buy the tickets two weeks in advance. It was just my toddler son, my wife, and I, where we stayed in the toddler section. He enjoyed himself with the water slides. Service was good, and you don't have to wear a mask unless your dealing directly with a employee. Very humid until you get wet. The water isn't freezing cold but the wave pool has the warmest water. Overall it was a good experience.

Cons: Unqualified staff: Lifeguards were rude and could not be bothered even for a split second for simple directions, most ride operators were really awkward and did not want to be there, only 2 of all the staff there were genuinely friendly 0 social distancing and mask enforcement: Locker Rooms are a complete mess. No staff to enforce masks when families and individuals were able to. No social distancing in lines. Suggestion: Provide plastic seal bags so we can put our masks in while we ride! Can't find where anything is: There were no pictures of what your about to get on, now this wouldn't be an issue, but the signs and labels for rides were really confusing and unclear on which rides were which. Some kids were about to go up a full 200 steps up to the highest one WITH their little boat floats just to go back down because no one knows where anything is. There's a whole area at the corner of the place where all the rides twist and turn each other so you can't find where they originate which is even more unhelpful. All this combined with rude staff is just a nightmare. Pros: good, fun rides and average paced lines. That's really the only thing I liked about this place. If you figure out what your getting into somehow which is impossible unless your staff or you've been here before, you can have a pretty good time here. Haven't had food, though so can't comment on that

The place has lots to do but I think the tickets are over priced, even if you are not participating in the water you still pay full price of 99.00 per ticket for kids over 10 and I've been to plenty of water parks. Noone is wearing a mask inside unless they work there so it did make me feel a little uncomfortable because it was packed. They sell phone cases so you can bring your phone in the water however you can't bring it in the wave pool and the amount of time they spend on whistling just to tell people no phones allowed is crazy.

I enjoyed my time here at DreamWorks Water Park. The rides are tons of fun and give a crazy adrenaline rush. However, I do have some things I need to go over. First of all, the lack of social distancing is very concerning. I do not feel completely safe at most times when walking around the park. The life guards seem to have no control over it and I find that very disappointing. Moving on, there are very limited food choices. If you’re not willing to eat either a cheese pizza or hotdogs, there are no hot food options for you. Accessing the rides are very confusing and are not easy to navigate. And need I even mention the sheer amount of stairs? It is insane how long it takes to walk up dozens of stairs for a ride that’s over in about 30 seconds or less. Despite all of my negative comments, you can have a very nice time here if you hand sanitize, keep your masks on, eat a meal before you go inside, and ask the park staff for directions. There is a desperate need for improvement here and I hope it can be implemented soon. But for what it is now, it’s a solid water park.

First of all, this place is huge.... But manageable, with plenty of signs, directions, maps, etc to help guide you. We came on a Monday on the last week in March, to avoid the crowds, but there was still plenty of people here. Due to covid restrictions, they are limiting the crowd to about 2,500-3,000 people... At least that's what one of the staff told us. A fun place to take the entire family, but it's very pricey. About 100/person, and that's w/o any guaranteed place to sit or towels, lockers, etc. And the food is obviously just as pricey as well here as no outside food is allowed. Their operations still need some fine tuning, especially for people who spend the extra money to reserve a cabana, for 400 (low peak pricing too)! VIP skybox suites are allot more.... For these people who spend the extra money, they should have a dedicated VIP host team at the entrance to help get to their cabana/suite faster after going through the initial check in. Unfortunately, when we came, we still had to wait... And wait... And wait.... At another check in desk inside the water park. Overall, it's a fun place, especially for the kids.

Beautiful place, highly priced though and was having a wonderful time. But then we decided to go into the wave pool which was cut off smaller than half open, very crowded, on top of each other. My son was facing forward and an older lady went right behind him when they smacked heads pretty hard, he was in so much pain he got out sat for a while, and he couldn’t enjoy the rest of the day there, was very disappointed because it was very expensive and felt that could have been avoided if the entire wave pool was open. I had spoke to the manager and he offered to call an EMT which I would think there would be one on site with the amount you pay. Some emergencies can’t wait especially involving the kids. The manager also said that the wave pool was like that because of staffing issues. That’s not something you want to hear at a place like that especially when it comes to people’s safety and especially with the prices they’re charging. The staff that was there was very kind and very attentive, no other problems. Place was clean but water in the shower change area was freezing. No way to make it warmer. I was later informed that there was less than half capacity, but with covid I cannot imagine what full capacity is.

Best Summer day ever in an Indoor water park. This park is just like Six Flags except with the wait time is just average around 10-20 minutes depending on the rides. It warm, fun and exciting. Its definitely worth the price but they’re really pushing everything dreamworks can do to raise the prices. If you are planning to visit this place, try to go on weekday but the weekend is good too. You MUST be here EARLY to get yourself a relaxing chair next to the pool and to maximize your time at the park. Being in the park from opening to close will give you the chance to go every ride possible and it’ll give you the advantage to ride the popular rides before noon. Overall, 115 is worth it if you plan ahead and recommend to bring at least another person to be able to ride the attractions that require 2 people at least. I definitely had fun and I will be back again soon

I went today for my daughters birthday. We had so much fun. They had adult friendly slides which made it even better. The wave pool was really amazing. I purchased the skybox which was the best thing to do. You get a private area to rest and relax with a TV. All guest including children get a wrist band to unlock the door. If you order food from Wendy's or Taco Bell they will have someone bring it to your suite. I'm planning my 34th birthday there this year No there aren't a lot of people walking with masks because they would get really wet but they do make sure even in the wave pool that you social distance.
