They are always nice here, I can't complain! Not many times have i had to wait for very long. Sweet tea is always good, I can tell they clean tea containers and attachments properly. Thank you for that!!! Tea drinkers can \taste\ the difference.

Order was wrong..AGAIN. Drive thru attendant took my bag of food back through my window, placed her hand in my bag, feeling my food, had a terrible attitude, tried to hand my bag back after her hands touched my food, I refused it, Manager on duty was rude and they both told me to pull forward. They gave no apologies. When my order finally arrived, this is what I received, a ripped bag which the boy told me, \sorry I ripped the bag\, unacceptable! I told him the order was still wrong and I would not accept this order in its condition and that I would like the correct order placed in a bag not ripped. My drive thru experience was horrific! The wait on a simple order took way too long. I do not recommend this location. This was not my first poor experience here but will be my last. I thought to give this place the benefit of a doubt. The staff and service is unfriendly and sarcastically rude and the food, barely warm or is cold, incorrect or handed in a torn bag or overfilled bag. Very disappointed. I gave this place a few tries, I came here for the drive thru convenience and got the combative staff instead, it is unbearable. I'm done!

I don't recommend this place anymore. A few years ago, it was pretty fast and clean and they didn't screw your order up. Now, the teenagers that work there, constantly getting orders wrong, slow service, and sticky floors inside. I went in there one time, I order a double quarter pounder with only ketchup and cheese. They gave me a quarter pounder deluxe with no silver onion and no mayonnaise. I went back up there and told them it was wrong, and there was no one there! So I could you screw it up? They said \what do you want now?\ So I told them to give me my order, and they finally did. They didn't put ketchup it though. So I asked for a few packs of ketchup, and they rudely replied.
