AVOID!!! Awful company, terrible management and appalling customer service. Daughter picked a dress in store but it had a fault. We were told that one was available in the Wakefield store and would be dispatched immediately. Called 2 weeks later as it hadn't arrived, only to be told it had been sold in error and that a replacement would be provided. Another few weeks passed, still no dress. After 2 months I gave up and after my emails were ignored, called to speak with the manager and cancel the order. She told me that under no circumstances would they issue a refund. Then, 3 hours after our telephone conversation, and after two months of delay, they miraculously dispatched the dress! Anyway, long story short, I contested the transaction with Amex who have ruled in my favour, so I got my refund plus an additional 75 credit for my troubles! Hats off to Amex, a company who understand the importance of customer service (dress2party take note!). Avoid these money-grabbing clowns at all costs, there are so many companies out there who will provide you with a much better experience. It couldn't possibly be any worse - dress2party have no interest in providing any level of customer service once they have your money.

It's a mixed review. On one hand the shop has a great selection of formal party dresses. On the other, service is quite biased towards people visibly rich (which seems consistent with other negative reviews). They welcomed us by saying all dresses start at 500 (which we expected). As we didn't run away, once staff got convinced we're there to buy, they were very helpful. When we found and bought a dress we liked, I was told to come for a fitting the following day (it was too long). I didn't expect (and was never told) that the fitting will be paid separately (100). Given the price of the dress, and our experience in other shops of this class, we'd expect fitting is a part of the dress price - you pay for a perfect dress, and it should fit perfectly. We've never been asked to pay separately for tuxedo fitting. Overall - good place to shop if you don't mind being treated well only because of the content of your wallet.

We went to this shop today as we were in London. Walked in and were greeted by lovely ladies. Even though the shop was packed they had time for everyone. They went above and beyond and my daughter found her dream dress. I can't praise them enough for their customer service and look forward to going back to pick up the dress next week in a different size which they ordered from one of their shops up North. Highly recommend

I can’t believe I’ve not found this shop sooner! This has got to be every girls idea of heaven. The dresses are absolutely stunning and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I love the fact the ladies were really honest, they will tell you if the dress looks wow or if you need to try something else. Which is great as there is nothing worse than buying a dress which doesn’t suit you or is too big/small. Wonderful shop and I can’t wait to wear my dress in Thailand ️ Thank you ladies!
