If you’d like to know what you’re paying for when you buy insurance - if you’d like to decide what coverages you want and the limits of coverage - if you have a unique commercial property that needs a custom insurance policy - then Dan Rickard is a good man to talk with. My first phone call with Dan lasted and hour and ten minutes, and follow up calls with Dan totaled five hours! Together we put together a policy that works for my building and needs - attention I never had from other commercial insurance agents over 20 years. During those calls Mr. Rickard was quite willing to go through the details of the coverages and limits, and I finally learned about the insurance I buy. If you have a unique property or business, and you need a policy fitted to your need, try Dan Rickard. Daniel and the team at D Rickard insurance are the least friendly people I have dealt with for insurance. They are rude and do not take customer service to heart. They seem to go out of their way to inconvenience their clients and make simple insurance changes very difficult. I will not be using them for my insurance needs and urge others to seek out other local agents that put clients needs first.
