First time using First Aid Box for refresher training. Found it better than previous courses, very well presented and friendly. On arrival, with the current restrictions with covid19,your temperature is taken and logged, and a health questionnaire to complete. Only 6 people being instructed, as long as you were at your desk you could remove your mask, but going to the toilet or moving around you should wear your mask Our instructor Bruce, was very welcoming and the day passed quickly. Would highly recommend anyone looking for any form of 1st aid training to consider booking at this organization.

I enjoyed the first aid course i did, the trainer sorrel was very informative and communicated with the group on arrival our temperatures were taken and logged so was the health questionnaire masks worn and social distancing at all times .I highly recommend this venue thank you

Just completed the Peadiatric first aid course over four evenings. Bruce was animated and funny and made the whole experience a fantastic learning event. I now feel a lot more confident in dealing with first aid for the younger ones, especially my own children. Thanks for a fab course and see you in 3 years for the refresher!!

The course leader, Harry, is very passionate about his subject and we all felt very confident after this course that we would be able to make a positive contribution to looking after someone who needed first aid. I completed a one day course for work with First Aid Box. Having never done first aid and being naturally shy, I was quite worried about my training. However, Bruce made it interesting and relaxed, even on serious topics, so you could take all information on, he easily held everyone's attention all day, and was just excellent. The new space for the training centre was great, had plenty of tea & coffee and made everyone feel welcomed very quick. I really don't have anything bad to say, First Aid Box is definitely the right way to go for training.
